I write a clear scope: what we're doing, what we're not doing, what the deliverables are, and what the timeline looks like. No vague proposals.

The creative work happens. You're involved at the right moments — not every moment. I bring collaborators in as needed and keep the vision consistent throughout.

You get everything you need to run it yourselves — or we stay involved on a retainer basis. Either works. The work should outlive the engagement.
